Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no SKETCH for 3 months

Customer is required to contact the artist in a fast and responsive manner or whenever they can

Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

Customer must have an already set refrence if the character is an OC, I will not accept work without a proper refrence and pose refrence.

Payment must be set as business payments and must be either 1 a invoice or 2 sent as friends and family or 3 sent as business

Waitlist are not eligible for the 3 month turn around period

Comissions with a lot of manual work are not eligble for the turn around period

Some artwork may have hidden fee’s such as labor fee’s from 5$-20$

If customer chooses to have payed for the first half of art work (line art, sketching) They have to have their payment ready of the other half upon completion of the flat colors

Customers comission process will be posted on my Ko-Fi unless asked not to

Payment methods are: PayPal, kofi, throne

PSD files are not available because of the drawing devices I use. PSD files will be included once I get an upgrade
